About

The Council for International Trade and Commerce SA Inc (CITCSA) is the peak body for the thirty nine international chambers of commerce and business councils located in South Australia.

It supports its member organisations in developing worldwide networks to facilitate market access for the export of South Australian goods and services, through their bilateral relations with their countries of origin.

CITCSA supports its member organisations in their staging of Outbound and Inbound Missions. Our chambers and councils work mainly with the State’s small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s), whose resources generally cannot cover multiple international destinations in facilitating bilateral trade.

CITCSA (pronounced sit-sah) produces a regular newsletter (C Flash) and monthly calendar of events (C Prompt) and organises regular workshops and networking sessions for our members and the international business network.

Our Mission

  • To act as the catalyst for increased international trade and investment for South Australia
  • To mentor and support the CITCSA membership of South Australia’s ethnic business chambers and councils in their development of sustainable export markets, inward investment and bilateral cultural relationships
  • To build and consolidate the CITCSA profile so that it recognized and respected as the principal council for South Australia’s ethnic business chambers and councils

Our Objectives

  • Assist the State’s international business chambers and councils with their development of sustainable export markets and inbound investment projects, through their interaction with South Australia’s corporate and business community.
  • Provide expert assistance to South Australian companies in establishing export markets for their goods and services, through CITCSA’s members.
